Writing Content That Answers Your Readers Questions


One of the first things you will learn when you start writing content for your blogs and websites is that you need to PLAN out your content. Decide what the theme of the topic will be as well as what you will teach your readers. Content only has value if you provide answers and solutions, it does not make practical sense to just put up loads and loads of blog posts that does not touch your target audience in some way.

Ask yourself WHY

If you want to learn how to write better articles, you might want to start by thinking heavily about WHY you are writing the article in the first place, is it to teach viewers something, or is it to inspire subscribers or is it to introduce a product or service to your readers. Once you know why then you can move on to HOW you are going to present that information. The reason this is key is because your students will all have different learning styles.

Can your readers picture what you are writing about?

So it has been recommended that you write in such a way that allows the visitors to your site to visualize a picture in their minds as they read your content. Here are some suggestions on ways to make your blog posts more compelling, interesting, entertaining.

One - ask questions and then answer them
Two - give an example of a solution that explains your topic
Three- share your experiences in the area you are writing about
Four - start a story and leave the ending open for discussion on later posts
Five - add a list of tips for your readers to use

Once you realize that writing content is a communication tool and plateform for you to share ideas, teach, inspire and help others, you will enjoy the process more.

How to answer your readers questions with your content

Some of the ways that I use to help me with writing content is to try to put myself in my audiences shoes, if I were them what things would I want to know about, or what questions would I like answered, think like your prospects, remember we all want the same things, so show your clients that you know what it is that they seek. When you implement these strategies you will have a greater reach and touch your subscribers.
